It's been happening over and over again and I can't seem to find a solution for this. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S7 SM-930FD. The contents of the playlists I created either on Samsung Music Player or Google Play Music (it seems these players get their data/playlist on a single database) gets deleted for no apparent reason, and when this happens, the custom ringtone I set for my alarm clock gets back to default. The custom call ringtone wasn't affected, though. The music I've used are all on my SD card. Thoughts?
