screen lock and security

This keeps happening cant take screen lock off i took lookout off. Ive been using cm security neverhad this problem in past tmobile helped me other day went into safe mode didn't work had to clear all certificate. Im concerned cause its happened 2 more times since i called my carrier. And cannot get phone into safe mode again only when i was on the phone with tmobile

Are you saying that you know the procedure for booting into Safe Mode, or that you have forgotten it?

Does CM Security offer the ability to remotely lock and unlock your device?
If it does, I would suggest unlocking it and removing CM Security, at least for the short term.
I think I would also send a note to the developers, they may have a solution, if this is happening to others.
