Galaxy S6 Active - black screen, solid blue light

[AC Question]

Hey there, earlier today my phone was working fine. Accidentally got it a bit wet then it started to "short circuit" screen would blink, colors would change, restart on its own and eventually it went sold black. Right not it won't reboot (it did before and nothing changed) and the LED light is solid blue. I tried holding down all buttons for 30+ seconds, and various combinations of the buttons as well... no luck. How screwed am I?
