Rebooth required displaced on my samsung S4 screen

I tried resetting my samsung S4. During the process, icons could not display on the screen. All what keeps displaying is reboot required. Even this display seldom. Most often, nothing displays. I cant use the phone any longer.

You mean that you tried Factory Resetting? If so, did the Reboot message start after that?
Please describe the whole sequence of events so that we can help if possible.
