Why is my Note 10 not coming on after the battery was fully charged?

I was using my Note 10 as usual and took a break. When I returned, the screen has slept as usual and now it won't come on. Wondering what could have gone wrong or what I should do differently.

Press and hold Power for a minute or so.
If no go, try a simulated battery pull: press and hold Power and Volume Down together for half a minute or so, then reboot.
If still no go, get back to us.
