SD Card Damaged Error on Galaxy Note 3 900V

Hello' I have a question about my sd card getting an error saying it's damaged, Although I know that it isn't. I read the post about fixing it and it told me it couldn't in a round way. Do I need a specific code for my phone? PLEEEEASE HELP ME!!!??? Thank You!

Why would you need a code for you phone if it's the SD card that isn't working - also how do you know the SD card isn't damaged?
