Samsung Note 7 Back Order for Sprint

[AC Question]

I called Sprint this morning regarding the back order and they said they do have the devices; however, she cannot promise when the phone may go out. She said there is a possibility that it will arrive Friday or even next week. I asked her what the purpose of a preorder was and she had no answer. Every other carrier has already shipped the Note 7. This is ridiculous.
