My S7 Edge lock screen won't shut off. It's draining my battery!

This just started happening. I press the power button and the screen goes black like normal. Then it turns gray and then it looks like a starry night. From there it looks like a fuzzy frame from a webcam and the screen gets lighter, all the while it's lit up. There are times that I get pink streaks on the screen when I'm using Chrome as well. I've tried restarting in safe mode. I've checked all the apps and nothing looks out of the ordinary. I've also done 2 virus scans and found nothing.
