I am trying to connect my husbands galaxy 5 to our pc to upload pictures as he broke the screen the other day. We purchased a memory card for his phone a month ago and was told by the company, a repair store, that they transfer all copies of his pictures to the memory card. However the only pictures on it once I removed it to send the phone off were ones taken since he bought the card. Now I know the phone still works (the led light is on and we can hear calls and messages come through) however I can't get it to connect to any computer when I plug it in via the zip drive.
