    Hi,
I performed a factory reset and now there is no display. If it was a PC I'd say it had lost the driver for the screen. Is this possible? how can I reinstall it?

By pressing the power button and swiping the screen I can unlock it and it makes the locking sound again when I press the power button.

I fitted a new screen which was working fine, I then installed Amazon Underground and the screen did not display after startup, it showed the splash screen but then went black. I reset factory settings and now it doesn't display the splash screen, or boot options.

Have you tried holding Power-Volume Up-Home buttons at the same time and factory reseting from the boot menu?
