If I buy a an android that comes with a carrier can I change it?

I want to buy a galaxy s6 edge+ at best buy but it automatically comes with AT&T and my carrier is T-Mobile. If I bring it to T-Mobile would they be able to change it?

You're best off buying the T-Mobile version. If your ONLY option is that AT&T option from Best Buy, you'll need to get AT&T to unlock the phone, then you CAN use it on T-Mobile. You may run into difficulty getting system updates if you buy the AT&T version then unlock it to use on T-Mobile.
