U can override that, but u will lose all ur information on the device, u can recover it if ur synched.

If you have a Samsung account set up you can unlock it from there.

U need to power off the phone , then hold the volume down and power button at the same time, u should get a weird screen that shows up, and use volume down to light up command and power button for ok, u want the setting that says factory rest and restart. Let me know if it works

It's surprising how many don't bother to set one up. It's better than ADM because it works with mobile data unlike Wi-Fi only in ADM.

I haven't set one up cause i dont have any Samsung phones, if i did have i would have one. the last Samsung phone i had was the g s3, and my old email was hacked into so i can no longer use that email to recvory my password
