How to access USB computer connection settings on Lollipop

I connected my phone to a PC and I ticked the 'charge only' option in the USB computer connection menu. After that the phone suddenly just stopped working. So I disconnected the USB cable and restarted my phone. Same thing just happened when I plugged back the cable. Phone just kind of hangs and shuts down after about 5 seconds. Since then I wasn't able to plug my phone to any PC without it malfunctioning. The real problem is, there is no 3-dot icon at the top right corner of the storage settings, so there's no way for me to change the USB computer connection setting back to MTP or whatever. Is this a bug of some sort?

I got a CM Flare S4 Lite (local brand) with default Lollipop ROM.

Sorry, we don't offer support for clones. They are different in many ways to the originals. If you have issues take them up with the people you bought the phone from.
