Does S3 galaxy have a universal copy/paste function?

The problem I'm stuck with is that when I use my long distance calling card I first have to call a local number to retrieve my account info, minutes remaining, etc. Then an automated voice instructs me to enter the number I want to call and provides a custom input window to do so. There doesn't seem to be anyway to paste a 15-digit overseas number in this window from the clipboard where it was previously saved. So whenever I want to call overseas I have to write down the 011+12 digit phone number on a piece of paper and enter it manually in the input window. This sucks big time!
