I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 5. I dropped it on the floor and the screen broke. I cannot unlock the phone to recover/backup whatever data that is in it using my pc. Is there anyway I can unlock my phone without the screen and backup my data? It is extremely important to me. Thank you very much!

You could try downloading the smart switch software from Samsung on your computer. It might work without needing the screen. Good luck!

No, Smart Switch won't work if the screen is locked. However, logging in to the Samsung account and hitting the unlock option works.

It's going to be tricky but that is your last hope.

Pugs' answer is the right one if the screen is toast.
