Kindle Fire HD 7 newly rooted, now what?

I just successfully rooted my Kindle HD 7, 2nd generation (2012). Since I am a complete beginner with all this, I am stuck here. I want to delete the BLOATWARE (ads,etc) and stupid rotating screensavers, and ultimately download Google app store and turn Kindle into android device. Can someone please help me step by step to do this? I'm giving this new and improved Kindle to my daughter, and I want to make sure I do this the right way. Thanks!!
