Nexus 5x on 6.0.1 Google voice search responds so fast that I often cannot finish my sentence. It's always been too fast for my liking but recently it seems to have speeded up so that now I figure it is timing out in as little as 100ms or less! Voice recognition needs words to be separated for greatest accuracy, no? What is going on here and how do I force it to slow down? Ideal for me however would be an option to have a much longer timeout with a way to tell it I am done talking.

Hi, there isn't a function for slowing it down - how long is it taking you to ask Google a question though? Can you not try asking it a question in fewer words, instead of a long sentence?
