My Asus EeePad Transformer Prime will not reboot properly.

It gets stuck on the logo and running circle. I've tried the cold boot and get either the same thing or the dead android. What can I do?

Boot into recovery and wipe system cache partition. You will not lose any data. If that Does not work. Reboot back into recovery and do a factory data reset. This however will wipe all personal data and settings.
