3 steps required to fully load email

I use AOL email. Why does it require me to click "Load More" and "Show Images" before the entire email is displayed on both the Note 4 & 7? Is there a way to fix this?

Hi, it sounds like the app is to fault, not the phones - have you tried contacting the app developer to express your concerns?
