locked out

I'm locked out of my ZTE phone. Don't remember Google account previously synced to phone. I've done hard reset already

Yes, I'm so glad Google finally fixed this. So if you rest from the physical buttons it now asks for the previous account before unlocking the device but if you have access and reset from the settings menu it does not ask for this information. This will prevent a lot of theft cases. I'm not sure there's a way around this. If there is I haven't seen or heard of it yet. Best of luck.
