Do you have problem with screen overlay?

I have a Galaxy S6 Edge + 2 days ago when I installed the system update I ran into a problem with screen overlay I couldn't access a lot of my apps and it seem to be going in a loop. The bottom line is the quick answer is uninstall any or all CM apps. I simply uninstalled CM Locker and instantly I had full access to my whole phone, just like I did before the system update.
