Phone heated up while charging, and now won't charge. What could be the problem?

AC Question

My Elephone P6000 heated up extremly around the USB port, and when I pulled out the cable, the core of the cable with the pins got separated from the shell of the head (Blitzwolf reversible cable). I let it cool down, but it won’t charge, altough I tried a bunch of different chargers. When I connect to a charger, I can fell a little heat around the USB, but the Ampere app doesn't detect any charging. If the charger has a led, the light even goes off when I connect the phone. The phone itself works perfectly, and I can charge the battery with an external charger. I only need to replace the charging board, or there could be other problems?
