Why doesn't my Gear 2 watch connect to my Note 5

[AC Question]

When connecting to the samsung gear app it installed the new update. I connect to the watch bluetooth and it works then it wants to install a software
but it says, "Installation Failed! Error Code: -7"
I already Factory reset the watch and uninstalled the app?

What can I do? Should I do some rooting?? Please HELP!!!
