Samsung Note 7 Can't be detect as a USB device in Windows 10?

I've Samsung Note 7 and i've set it as MTP but when i plug it into my PC Windows 10, it said USB device can't be recognised. I've installed the latest Kies 3 but it's still not recognising. But if i set it tp PTP, it can detect but i can only see photos.

Is there something i missed?

Does your computer support usb c? Maybe that could cause the issue. You could try connecting your phone with the USB c to usb 2.0 connector you get with the phone and see if that helps
