moto g 3rd gen not turning on

[AC Question]

I got moto g 3 about 6 months months ago and has worked fine since then. today when i pickled it up it just wouldn't turn on but would still vibrate when holding down the power button. I have dropped it many times and have glass falling of the screen from the cracks. is this why it wont turn on
