I'm looking for an solution to monitor an android phone. I would like to hide apps, hide menus in "Settings", ... I saw there is a lot of apps for that. What would you recommend ? It is possible to do it without an app ? That is to say directly in android system ? Is a software available on Windows to do it ?

I would like to give android phone to my colleagues, but with restrictions on the phone (hide apps, ...).

If your phone is running Android Lollipop and has a multi-user feature, this is maybe what you want (by creating a new user for all your colleagues)
