How can I fix this

I was using a pin code for the screen lock on my icraig clp289. Now is locked and doesn't accept my original pin code

You may be able to change it via Android Device Manager, or any other device management account you have. Otherwise, Factory Reset, which of course causes the loss of everything not backed up.
