3 dots don't appear

The camera menu of 3 dots does not appear

Unfortunately, you haven't mentioned what phone you are using and which camera app. But you can check the camera settings or in some of the devcies by holding the recent button for a second, that will bring the menu option.

Please mention the phone you are using & also the camera app name (if it is other than the default one, of course). You can try what dexterouz here suggested (long press recent button) to activate the menu. Or try a swipe gesture to bring out the options.
