I'm a single mom & son is having issues with his Emerson tablet! :(

My son received the Emerson EM756 for Christmas 2016 & has trouble keeping it charged! We've tried different chargers (wall & car) & it still doesn't hold a charge past 5 minutes. Then once it gets turned on, it'll say connected to the WiFi but won't access the play store or anything. What can I do to fix these issues?

Whether he had it Christmas 2016 or 2015, it should still be in warranty. Contact the manufacturer's customer support.
