Renegadestv.info dead?

I don't know if this is the right forum to ask the following question. If not, please feel free to move it to a more appropriate forum.

I am trying to help a friend configuring a kodi with the renegades TV guide. All the information I gathered from some Google searches indicates to use URL from either http://www.renegadestv.info or http://renegadestv.info . They both don't work mainly because they are not listed in a DNS. My ISP (Comcast) showed the IP Address of both is 192.168.1.1 (makes no sense at all -- see below). I wonder if anyone out here knows how to configure kodi with a working renegades TV guide?
