Galaxy S7 Stuck on boot screen after failed rooting

AC Question

[I'm new to Android. Sorry for my lack of knowledge on this stuff]

Earlier today I attempted to add TWRP onto my phone in order to add xposed installer. I was successful in adding TWRP but I also had to root my phone (at least I think I had to). I used the Odin installer to root and do all that stuff but I guess I messed up some steps when I forgot to clear the partition thing? Anyways, My S7 is now stuck on the Samsung Galaxy S7 screen. (Not sure if it's important but the blue light is also showing up for no reason). I already backed up my files prior to messing everything up so I'm hoping for any solution that can fix it even if it includes having to completely wipe everything.

TLDR; Failed rooting, stuck on boot screen and unable to enter recovery mode but can enter download mode.
