WiFi is always on and consume the battery life

At the time of WiFi is off WiFi consumes the battery and shows power consumption in settings.I want to off the WiFi and reduce the power consumption of my moto g4 plus.And I can't acess my sd card.

In order to turn off your wifi settings when not in use, locate the "Wifi Utility" within your settings folder.. Adjust accordingly or simply shut down all together. As another suggestion and I've been using this app, Opera Max will adjust these settings for you once the app or apps have been added to the Opera max format.. this will limit or shut down apps when not in use. Plus it will show you what data savings you've accumulated since the install of the app.

Bear in mind also that the readings may be false in Battery Usage. I've had that trouble in a Nexus 5, with absurdly high battery consumption indicated by the stock app for Wifi. You could check that by using another battery monitor app.
