My popc5 alcatel stuck on the start up screen this it first time what do i do

THIS IS ITS FIRST TIME HMM I NEED HELP
WHAT DO I DO I TRIED PUTTING IT ON AND off and its stuck on the same thing why is it doing that am so confused it worked well yesterday and now its giving trouble

When you say the start up screen are you talking about the splash or the bootanimation? Also would be helpful to have more info. What was the last thing you did before the problem?

If your stuck at the boot screen, there is little you can do apart from a wiping the cache partition or performing a factory reset. Try wiping your phones cache first (you won't lose any data with that).

1. Press and hold both Volume Up + Power Key
2. Let go when you see Recovery mode
3. Use the Volume Keys to select wipe cache partition
4. Press the Power Key to confirm.
5. After that has completed, select and confirm reboot.

If that doesn't work, unfortunately I don't have many suggestions apart from resetting the phone. You can use the same steps as above but instead of wipe cache, select wipe data/factory reset.
