Samsung gear S3 4G Sim

see i live outside USA ,in kuwait and i am planning to buy samsung gear S3 4G model .The main reason for it being that i want to make calls and message .So it has to be fully standalone as i have no samsung phone .But the problem is that samsung gear S3 have carriers only to verizon ,at n t and tmobile and other carriers in USA .But none of thses carriers are available in kuwait .So with the esim is it possible to switch carriers ???
