Vivo XL diconnects from wifi.

My Blu Vivo XL will connect to wifi but disconnects if my phone is idle for a while. Connections are OK, bit I do not receive notifications that I need when my phone is locked. Any suggestions on how I can keep wifi running ccontinuously until I manually turn wifi off? Thanks!

Welcome to Android Central! Go to Settings>Wi-fi, tap Menu>Advanced, and look for a setting to Keep Wi-fi On. Also, any power-saving modes turned on, or 3rd party battery-saving apps installed?
