Need suggestion on best practices for storing huge data

[AC Question]

i have a requirement where i have to store around 430 different values. most of the 430 values of different data types, some are double, some are integer, some strings etc. i have 3 options
- storing in variables and arrays
- storing in files
- storing in database.

Storing in database looks feasible. but will have to create around 43 tables in order to save these data by grouping similar data items. So looking for experts opinion on the design.
