Unable to open links

[AC Question]

I can not open links that are sent to me through email or fb messaging. When I click on link it says "use login in to open" and the grey little post disappears within seconds. I checked on my phone I'm logged into my Google. I called Verizon but they said to factory reset. Which I don't want to do. I did manage to get a screen shot of the grey post. Please help. I have important links to respond too
