Phone gone crazy

[AC Question]

Hello a few days ago I update my android to 6.0.1, I have Samsung Galaxy A5(A500FU). So whats going on, after the update I got a lot of issues, anyway, they are not that important as this issue. I can't call some of the selected contacts, yesterday my phone went to Roaming, in my own country ( YES, That happens a lot), so that's possible espionage by my goverment using SS7, I saw on some video before SS7 intercept target phone it turns target phone into Roaming mode. I'm not paranoid that happened on my other phone( Galaxy Note 3) random Roamings etc, when i exit the country phone cant select any other operater.
Any idea what I have to do, and yes I'm the postpaid user?

I'm in the UK. I'm sure that the British government does a bit of internal spying, but I can't say it worries me....on the contrary, in fact: I hope they're doing a lot of it.
