No display on MXQ Android Box

I have a 52" inch Sharp monitor PN-525E with a DVI input I use a hdmi to dvi adapter to play Xbox and works fine up to 720p but goes blank on 1080p due to HDCP supposedly.

Now I got an Android box MXQ and it's not giving any display I switched it to my Sony Bravia works like a peach but on the sharp monitor nothing.

Any suggestions. I bought that for this monitor. Twice the image showed up on sharp monitor but distorted colour and out of position.

Help
