Galaxy S6 - activate location but deactive location icon in quick settings?

Hello,

is it possible to activate the location service on the S6 (just locate the device via wifi and data cell), but deactivate the location indicator in the quick settings?

So that the actual result is: device can get the current location but the location indicator in the quick settings is grayed out?
