how to bypass the privacy protection password on my sony xperia E4?

please, i once activated avg mobile anti-theft on my sony xperia E4 and my phone fell thereby making the sim slot 2 remove. Later after fixing it back they are requiring me to enter the privacy protection password before i can have access and the unfortunate thing is i have forgotten my password. So please help me recover or bypass this thing.

If you could bypass it, it wouldn't be very secure now would it..... Contact AVG and if you can prove who you are, they may help you out.
