Setting up brother's Tablet while at MY location, for use in HIS location

[AC Question]

I am setting up my brother's tablet for use at his location. However, I am doing the set up at my home, which is not where he would be logging in from. (He's in a nursing home and there are usually so many interruptions, which is why I'm hoping to do set up info ahead of time.}

Can you please tell me if I should go ahead and do this now, or, am I best to wait until I'm at his location for all setup [Wifi, etc.].
