Content filters

[AC Question]

OK know I can get stuck on stupid... Alot... But... So I keep getting a message saying I I need to change the content settings...now I have gone n 2 Google Play store and I click on menu in the left side corner... I click it.... There is nothing that says content filtering... The only thing there is... Is parent control... But that's not it either.... HELP.... keep getting q messages that says i do not have web access.... N if I want to change the settings for that I need to go into content filters and change it.... But it's not there.....
