Can't find schedule text option on Galaxy s5

I've searched the Internet for how to schedule a text message and everything says after message is written, tap the 3 dots in upper right corner and choose 'schedule message'. I have the 3 dots but nothing about scheduling the message is in the drop down list after I tap the dots. I use Straight Talk as my carrier.
