How do I make a backup of a good phone and restore it to a bricked one?

I have two HTC One Xs. One is working fine, one is bricked. I can get them both into Fastboot and TWRP, but ADB will not recognise them. Help!!! I've been trying for a week and a half now!

Can you not flash a rom since you are able to get into twrp on the one you said is bricked?

I don't know how I can get a ROM onto the device to flash as ADB does not see it to do a push transfer. I could flash an IMG file if I could find the right one, but they all fail. Think I need a way to get ADB to see phone or a way to make and copy IMG from other phone. Sorry, but I REALLY need the details!
