White lines on my LG-v410

I'm recently getting weird vertical lines on my tablet's screen plus there's also something wrong with wifi and bluetooth connectivity my tablet doesn't detects my Wi-fi neither any bluetooth device.I also hard reset my phone but found no luck i think its a problem with the hardware. For the lines, I've seen videos of people attaching electric tape on some stuff i think that would help but i cant find that stuff where i should place the tape on my G pad.Can you show me?
