How to fetch images from mysql database and display them in json encode format

I am developing an android application.In that i want to fetch complete data from server including images.i am getting everything done with texts and other things except images.What exactly i want is to display images which are in my mysql database in json format using php .How can i do this.Kindly please help me to get rid of this .Thanks in advance,
