regarding about boot error

i have note 4 SM-N9100 made by Vietnam. i was done factory reset after getting hang.then after i have restarted my phone, i was faced an error that is"select a home app no aps can perform this action". how can i solve it and can i use my phone as usual regular?

Turn off your phone (if it doesnt let you just take out the battery, works every time ). Boot it by pressing power key-home button-volume up at the same time. Scroll to wipe data/factory reset with your volume buttons and press the lower key to select reset. Same goes for scrolling down to yes and selecting it with your power button. Oncenits reset again it should be all good.
