None of the apps are responding, what should i do.....??

I'm using android kitkat 4.4.2... none of the apps are responding neither the launcher..... unfortunately gaaps, system UI, media, acore has stopped keeps popping up.... plzzz help.. what should i do...???

First, have you any idea of the cause? Was there anything that you did before this started?

Hello,
Did you possibly reset your phone recently and let google restore your apps? Are you rooted and restored your apps/ data that way?

I would uninstall all third party apps, provided data is backed up. Clear the cache of your device (You don't list your model so it varies).
If that works with the phone almost returned to stock, then it is a third party app that may have permissions, etc. conflicting with core apps and that is where the issue lies.
Also, updating a large amount of apps, especially ones that are part of the phone itself, can cause issues. If the you can get the phone back to or close to factory state, install apps one by one to see what is causing it.
A master reset will more than likely take care of this issue, but try other methods first.
