If you're getting a message which states that the app will download shortly, or you've not cleared the Google Play servers cache, You must do so. Also you must login to you google account services, locate and login through the google play app.. locate the snap chat app.. then attempt the download again. If there is a message saying that the app has been installed, again you'll need to clear out the cache and or actually force stop/disable google play. Lastly, make sure that if you're using an app like Opera Max (which blocks apps) is or has been turned off or the app (snapchat/google play) has been removed from the black list in order to function correctly. This also might means simply restarting your smart device.
